Chantell Prestcott, NASM-CPT, CES

Chantell, a lifelong athlete has trained in Krav Maga for 12 years. When Chantell discovered Krav Maga she instantly fell in love with the simplicity and efficiency. Throughout her training, Chantell has had the opportunity to train and study in various other disciplines including Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

In addition to being a lead Krav Maga instructor and a Fit To Fight®  Black Belt in Defensive Options, Chantell's passion also lies in fitness. She also the Head Fitness Instructor and leads all of our fitness programming. She has worked to obtain one of the nation's top certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specalist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a certified Suspension Trainer through Monkey Bar Gymnasium, she is also certified as a NASM Behavior Change specialist. These have enabled her to more effectively coach her students and provide training that is both challenging and motivating on all levels. Her ability to push students to the edge of their comfort zone to achieve growth is apparent in all of her classes.

Chantell's love of Krav Maga is apparent, but her true passion lies in the areas of women's self-defense and inspiring all women to find their inner power and strength. @cprestcott
